Affordable Connectivity Program
The Affordable Connectivity Program is a federally funded program that helps to ensure all households can connect to their healthcare team, work and school by providing discounts toward internet services. ACP also provides a tablet at a fraction of the cost so connecting is that much easier.
Program Eligibility:
Financial Income
Household income at or below 200% of Poverty Line
*An average household (two individuals) income of less than $36,600 would qualify.
Federal Assistance
Medicaid, SSI, WIC, Veterans, SNAP, Federal Housing Assistance or Lifeline
Qualifying Tribe
Tribal TANF, Food Distribution on Indian Reservations, Tribal Head Start

Eligible customers receive a tablet with an activated SIM card for only $10.01. This SIM card connects to one of the three major providers (AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon) and serves like a cell-phone. You can use the cellular-enabled tablet for all your personal needs including, work, school or health purposes.
